Today, I’d like to share a recipe for "Onion and Tomato Marinade." It’s a healthy, refreshing, and delicious side dish that’s incredibly easy to make—simply chop the ingredients and let them marinate! Chilling and marinating the onions and tomatoes makes the dish perfect for hot days and ideal for making ahead. It’s a great choice when you need one more dish on the table or are looking for a health-conscious option, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【材料】（3〜4人分） ・トマト 3個 ・玉ねぎ 1個 ・大葉 5枚 ・水 40ml ・酢 80ml ・白だし 大さじ2 ・はちみつ 大さじ1 ・塩 ひつまみ ・オリーブオイル 大さじ1 【作り方】 1.玉ねぎの繊維を断ち切るようにスライスし、バットに広げ1時間おく。 2.大葉を千切りにする。 3.トマトを半分に切り、1cm幅に切り保存容器に入れる。 4.酢・水・白だし・はちみつ・塩・オリーブオイルを混ぜる。 5.玉ねぎを③に加え、④をまわしかけて混ぜ、冷蔵庫で2時間漬け込む。 6.大葉を加えて混ぜ完成。 【ingredients】 ・3 Tomatoes ・1 Onion ・5 shiso leaves ・40 ml Water ・80 ml Vinegar ・2 tbsp Japanese soup base ・1 tbsp Honey ・A pinch of Salt ・1 tbsp Olive oil 【Instructions】 1. Slice the onion against the grain, spread it out on a tray, and let it sit for 1 hour. 2. Shred the shiso leaves. 3. Cut the tomato in half, slice it into 1cm-wide pieces, and place in a storage container. 4. Mix together the vinegar, water, *shiro-dashi* (white dashi stock), honey, salt, and olive oil. 5. Add the onion to the tomato, pour the mixture from step 4 over everything, toss to combine, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 6.
