Albert Uderzo s'est éteint, chez lui à Neuilly ce 24 mars. Il avait 92 ans. Dessinateur autodidacte, c'est en 1951 qu'il fera la rencontre qui changera sa carrière : René Goscinny. Ensemble, ils donneront naissance à Astérix. Le début d'une histoire qui s'interrompt en 1977 lors de la mort de Goscinny et reprendra après trois ans de deuil en 1980. Depuis 2013, Uderzo avait passé la main à deux autres auteurs mais gardait toujours un œil sur son village d'irréductibles gaulois. Le dernier album, "La Fille de Vercingétorix", était sorti en octobre 2019, 60 ans après la création du premier "Astérix".
