EDIT 9-29-11: Okay, I think I've found the full kanji on NicoNico (And it's easy to read, yay!), so I'm going to get started on the full translation. Wish me luck ^_^ I'll try not to butcher it.

Wish I could type more, but I have to go in a few MINUTES. I did what I could - I'm no good at Japanese at all, but I am reasonably confident on the romaji and kanji. This is all the kanji I could find- I can't translate any further for now, but if someone will find me a scan, I will butcher the rest of it!
Please tell me if anything is wrong or off -be merciless- but don't be too cruel. This is my first attempt at translating anything, so don't expect it to be PERFECT.
