Kiss live in Anaheim, California USA, August 20th '76; Destroyer Tour, Very good audience recording
For my first 70's Kiss' upload (It was about time) I chose the one which I believe is the most famous show from the '76 tour (The main reason for it being the existance of official video release, not to mention the hundreds of released bootlegs)
When it comes to Kiss, I love the 70's the most; The original line-up was still there and sounding much better than ever (Much better than '96, the reunion, can't say the same about '98, love that one)
Paul's voice in '76 was ''growing up'', so at some points it may sound weird and his vocals may sound strange; Gene's vocals were also leaving the ''Young but hard'' stage to become a more strong, thicker voice (His backing vocals here are a very good example); Ace Frehley, the one and only - You can never go wrong with Ace Frehley live (Only when he was drunk); Peter Criss, well, is Peter Criss, drumming as good as he could, even having his usual solo during God Of Thunder
