Official Description & Notes
Alors que la construction de logements neufs traverse une grave crise, le Sénat débute, le 10 septembre 2012, l'examen, en procédure accélérée (une lecture par chambre), d'un projet de loi relatif à la mobilisation du foncier public en faveur du logement et au renforcement des obligations de production de logement social. Objectif : faciliter la mise à disposition d'une partie de du foncier de l'Etat pour le logement social. 110 000 logements sociaux devraient ainsi être prévus d'ici à 2016.
